Customers must have an active KCB bank account for a minimum of 6 months, with the last deposit made within the last 30 days.
Customers must have a financial card.
Customers must be registered on Mobile Banking.

Loan repayment period of 30 days.
Penalty of 10% monthly on failure to repay mobile loan within a month.
